Mission and vision
Who we are
Boston Qazaq School, Inc. is a Massachusetts nonprofit organized for educational and cultural purposes. We promote learning for children, youth, families, and the public in the Qazaq (also commonly known in English as Kazakh) language, culture, history, heritage, literature, arts, and traditions.
Our particular emphasis is serving children and youth of Qazaq heritage in Greater Boston and throughout Massachusetts. Weekend School is our current program, bringing children and families together for language, music, character, and cultural learning.
Mission
Why we exist
Boston Qazaq School promotes the education of children, youth, families, and the public concerning the Qazaq (also commonly known in English as Kazakh) language, culture, history, heritage, literature, arts, and traditions. We place particular emphasis on serving children and youth of Qazaq heritage in Greater Boston and throughout Massachusetts, and on fostering intercultural understanding, mutual respect, and appreciation of Qazaq culture.
Through Weekend School and related educational and cultural programs, we create a culturally comfortable place for children and families to learn language, songs, stories, and traditions together.
